The side is located in the area enclosed by Jihua Road, and the planned Station Road, Lianhua Road, on the 8th Road, with a total land area of about 12.79 hectares. At present the site and its surrounding has been the development and construction of all types of building ,different sizes, new and old mixed, functional mixed.
It is adjacent to the planning Buji hub station, whose future will be the the transfer point of the Canton-Kowloon Railway (ground), Subway Line 3 ( elevated) and the metro line 5 ( underground).
the site and the surrounding environment will make fundamental changes.
In the case of that this area have updated the planning as a whole in the current land use, transportation systems, etc., Through this urban design, to re-examine the existing urban space environment. To explore the possibility of the old city renovation in many ways.

Buji Town, is located in the middle of Shenzhen City, the north side of Shenzhen Economic Zone, the west of Longgang District, the midstream of Buji River, the south of Luohu District, is surrounded by the SAR line from the southeast to the south west . The total area of the town is 86.6 square kilometers, of which BanXueGang area is of 31.83 square kilometers; Buji Area is of 54.77 square kilometers. Buji Town has the population of 405.6 thousand people, the economic development pattern is based on the the second industry, tertiary industry as its backbone, the first industries to add. In 2001, gross domestic product 4.73 billion yuan made it one of the strongest economic town in Longgang district.
The current problems of Buji Town are highlighted in the serious traffic problem, the imbalance of proportion of the land construction , the lack of supporting facilities and so on. At the part of transportation, over-concentrationdemand, road area ratio is not enough and the e traffic bottlenecks of Old Town entrancand has led to the current chaotic state of Buji. In addition, inadequate road system and unclear level of road network make it facing the issues of coming surge in traffic volume, passenger transport Station facilities and parking management .
After calculations, the proportion of construction land in Buji, the residential and industrial, are 35 - 39% and 35 - 58%, far exceeding the 20%-25%which is required ratio outside of SAR,. Compare with the excessive proportion of residential and industrial land, the proportion of land for public facilities was very low, only 4 – 4.3%, far away from 15 - 17%which is required. In this case, the lack of facilities has become the shackles of urban development in Buji. Meanwhile a number of the proportion of urban construction land including land, roads, square space, green space, etc,is clearly insufficient,

the main road play a very improtant role for life and business . Slip is basically for the villages. In addition there are narrow roads in villages, most can only be pass by people;the site are basically on-street parking, easy to cause traffic congestion.
The single-function building here is little which is very unique product of villages in the urban development. Feature in its existing form and pattern that business is the source of its vitality. Residential ground floor with a commercial complex, play an extremely important role in the villag, which not only provide a variety of need for the village residents to s, but also employment opportunities. Locals own the constructions, mostly for rent,for the people who work in Shenzhen, poor living environment. This interests of both sides is the root of this flourish of villages in the city.
Need to consider how to handle the relationship of the site and the hub station; maintain its integrity in the design of pedestrian street reconstructiont; how to deal with villages in the city, how to maintain its diversity and vitality? The landmark how to adapt to the development ; form a highly efficient traffic environment.
the building Jixin in the central is 30 meters high, a local landmark. And village buildings in the city are from 2 to 10 floors high , it’s hard to regulate cause the disorder highs.

The base is located in ShenZhen in central, the southwest of Longgang District;on the south of Luohu District;and 8 miles away from Yantian Port.It's the throat of ShenZhen which connects the eastern GuangDong,FuJian,JiangXi and other regions.The external traffic is completed.there are the Beijing-Kowloon, Guangzhou-Shenzhen, Shen Hui-South railway and highway, Meiguan,Jihe and Shuiguan Highway.

The design retains the building which are still valuable in quality, image and function. Consistent with the new urban planning means and entrusted a new fabric to the base.In the meeting point between old and new,the fierce conflits are sofftened by a 15m-wild buffer zone. that is the public space for the leisure and entertainment.

Urban Redevelopment A built-up area of the function of reproduction City is a unit of space, which has a high density of the population. The design retains the building which are still valuable in quality, image and function.
Consistent with the new urban planning means and entrusted a new fabric to the base.In the meeting point between old and new,the fierce conflits are sofftened by a 15m-wild buffer zone. that is the public space for the leisure and entertainment or a green corridor.
